Terms, refunds and privacy.
Short, because there is not much to it: you rent a numbered slot on one page for as long as nobody outbids you, and we screen every contract before we take the money. Everything below is what happens when that goes wrong.
What you are buying
A seat, not a promise
You are buying advertising space. One of twenty-four numbered slots on this page, showing your ticker and a link you choose, for as long as nobody pays more for it. That is the entire product.
Your seat can be taken. Anyone may pay above the takeover price and displace you, subject to the protection window published on the rules page. That is the mechanism, not a fault. The price you paid buys the seat until then, not forever.
We are not selling an audience. We do not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, or that anybody will look at this page at all. If you want a number promised in advance, buy an ad somewhere that sells numbers.
The badge is not an endorsement. SCREENED means the checks published on the rules page ran and found nothing that blocks a sale, at the moment of purchase. It is not a safety rating, an audit, or a view on your token. We say the same to your buyers.
When something goes wrong
Refunds
| What happened | What we do |
|---|---|
| you paid and the seat was never awarded | Full refund, minus the network fee. Write to us with the transaction signature. |
| you paid the wrong amount | Under the price: the seat is not awarded and the amount is returned. Over: the seat is awarded and the excess is returned. |
| you paid after the hold expired | Returned in full, minus the network fee. The hold window is on the rules page and shown on the payment screen. |
| we take your seat down | Refund in proportion to the time not served, if it was our decision and not a takeover. |
| you changed your mind | No refund. The seat was live from the moment it was awarded. |
| somebody outbid you | No refund. That is the mechanism you bought into, and it is published. |
| your token fell | No refund. We sell advertising space; we have no view on your price and never claimed one. |
Refunds are made by hand to the wallet that paid, and only to that wallet. Allow a few working days. There is no automatic refund route on this site, deliberately: automating outbound payments would mean putting a private key somewhere a bug could reach it.
Everything above is a promise we can keep. Nothing on this site can reverse a Solana transaction, and neither can we.
The part where we say no
What we will not sell, and what we take down
A seat can be refused before purchase for any reason on the rules page, and the refusal is published without the contract address. A seat that is already up comes down, without refund, if the destination link starts serving something it was not serving when it was checked — a wallet drainer above all — or if the entry turns out to have been submitted to impersonate somebody.
If your seat came down and you think it should not have, write to contact@thewallsol.com. A person reads it.
What we keep
Privacy
There is no account and no tracker. No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no third-party cookie, no fingerprinting. The only thing this site stores in your browser is which colour theme you picked.
What a purchase records: the ticker, the contract address, the destination link and the pitch you submitted, the amount, the paying wallet address, and the transaction signature. Those are on a public blockchain before they are on our server.
An email address, only if you give one. It is used to send you the report on your own seat and to reach you about a refund. It is never published, never sold, and never used for anything else.
Server logs hold the usual request records, including IP addresses, for a short period, to stop abuse of the free checker. They are not linked to purchases.
To have your email address or your submitted text removed, write to contact@thewallsol.com. What is on the blockchain cannot be removed by anyone, including us. A refusal in the public ledger records a measurement of a contract, never a person, and never a contract address.
